~STAR OF THE WEEK~
Ruth is our Star of the Week! We learned that Ruth's favorite food is a hot dog and she wants to be a Detective when she grows up. Thank you for sharing your photos, your magnifying glass and your alphabet book. We enjoyed getting to know you better, Ruth.
~HANDWRITING~
We started our handwriting program for learning to write upper case letters. During our first lesson, we discussed horizontal, vertical and diagonal lines. We practiced writing vertical lines from top to bottom and horizontal lines from left to right.

Today was a cooking day. We started by reading the story, Walter the Baker, by Eric Carle. Then, we made homemade soft pretzels.
