DAY #2
ASK ME ABOUT...
...where we ate snack.
...where we did Free Choice and what we did.
...the story, Charlie the Caterpillar.
...playing the games, "Dragon Tail" and "Keep the Potato in the Oven" with upper school students.
...letting our butterfly, Monarch, fly away!
We took advantage of today's beautiful weather and spent most of our morning outside! We had to play on a different playground since 2 baby raccoons were playing on our Pre-K playground! This did not stop us from having fun!
With today's sunny, warm weather, we decided to release our butterfly, Monarch, into the world! It took her about 20 minutes to "leave the nest". Fly, Monarch, fly!
~EXTENDED DAY PRE-K~
After lunch, we headed out for a walk in the woods. We found a spot outside the Crane Outdoor Learning Center to read a story.
We were amazed at how big this tree log was!
A quiet spot for a story.
Headed back to the classroom for some rest!
