~CAMPFIRE~
A huge highlight today was our walk into the woods with our 3rd grade buddies to a campfire, where the LS librarians treated us to stories and s'mores.
After the campfire, we headed outside on a nature hike to see how many things we could find on our nature sheet.
Robert decided that he was camouflaged in the tree.

After a little bit of rest, we headed outside with Mr. Ditty and his mom for a special "outdoor" story and treat. We helped Mrs. Ditty tell the story, There Was An Old Lady Who Swallowed Some Leaves, with props.
After the story, we ate "dirt dessert" made by Mrs. Ditty. (It wasn't real dirt.)
